Normally a reservation will be deemed to have been made if at short notice we have taken your details over the telephone and entered them into the diary and we have informed you that the booking has been made. In most other cases we will write to you to confirm the booking once a deposit has been received by us. A receipt or written confirmation from us is your proof of reservation. An entry in our diary containing your full contact details will be considered proof that we have communicated with you and accepted your booking.

Reservations can be made by telephone or on line via our website. Discounts on our daily rate will be automatically applied during the booking process.
