The Building

West Acre House Alnwick, is a lovely example of a well preserved Edwardian Villa, influenced by the Arts & Crafts movement with lots of oak in evidence. It is quietly situated in its own 1 acre garden, in a beautiful leafy suburb on the outskirts of Alnwick. |
The Patio

The new patio one, of two, is in a very sheltered part of the garden situated on the north west corner of the house, it is very private, sheltered, and receives more sun than any other seating area in the garden. |
Explore The Gardens

The gardens total one acre with mature trees, large shrubs, herbacious areas, and a very large lawn, there is much seating placed around the garden.

The garden surrounds the house on all four sides. There is much open space to enjoy and many plants, shrubs and trees to take your interest. Gardens are continually evolving and we have just recently planted many new shrubs in the shade garden and a new mixed 'country hedgerow' along the eastern boundary to provide shelter and wildlife habitat. We hope you enjoy the garden as much as we do!
