Room 1 : The Spice Room
  
This twin en-suite bedroom has lots of space and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Two comfortable armchairs, Freeview TV and DVD player, tea and coffee tray, and one or two little extras with our compliments. The beautiful large en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower over.

Room 2 : The Edwardian bedroom
  
The Edwardian Room is a spacious King-size en-suite bedroom overlooking the garden, this room has a king-size bed and is equipped as above with Freeview TV and DVD player, tea and coffee tray and some little extras. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with bath and shower over. The room overlooks the main lawns and shrub borders.

Room 3 : The Oriental Bedroom
  
The Oriental Room is a most spacious King-size en-suite bedroom wiith windows on two sides overlooking the one acre gardens. The room is very spacious and has two very comfortable wing-back armchairs. Facilities include Freeview TV and DVD player, king-size bed and of course some little complimentary extras for you to enjoy. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. The room overlooks the main lawns and shrub borders. |
Room 4 : The Parisien Room
  
The Parisien Room is a very spacious King-size en-suite bedroom overlooking the sundial lawn, the opposing cherry tree an absolute delight in spring. The room is very comfortably furnished with king-size bed, very comfortable armchairs, beautiful painted furniture, Freeview TV and DVD player, and those little complimentary extras. The warm 'Art Deco' en-suite shower room has a generous shower cubicle. |
The Garden Room
  
This is the guest lounge, bright and airy with windows on three sides overlooking the garden. The room is furnished to a very high standard with luxurious high quality comfortable furnishings to help make your stay a relaxing and comfortable experience. The Garden room is available to you throughout your stay. |
The Dining Room
  
The Dining Room makes a lovely morning room with its views over the gardens and sunlight pouring in through the large east facing windows. Each guest room have their own table set for two and tables can be moved together easily for larger groups of friends. As well as a traditional cooked breakfast, there is a buffet laid out every morning with fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices, quality preserves, and a good selection of quality cereals. |

The rooms below are normally our private rooms when we are in residence. However, the rooms will be available to guests who are staying on a self-catering basis.
The Kitchen
  
The kitchen is equipped with a Britannia Range Cooker which has two large double electric ovens and a large gas hob, dishwasher, and in the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and airing facilities.

The Drawing Room
  
The Drawing Room, with its south and east aspect, offers bright, comfortable accommodation with excellent views over the gardens. The room is equipped with wide screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system. The room is also home to our extensive and varied library which you are welcome to browse. |
