The tariff starts at £1100 for 2 - 4 persons in two bedrooms. Extra bedrooms may be available at an additional cost of £400 per week per room to a maximum of 4 rooms @ £1900 to sleep a maximum of 8 persons.
Rooms
At West Acre House, Alnwick, there is a choice of up to 4 guest bedrooms available to sleep up to 8 adults very comfortably, there are three double with kingsize beds and a twin bedded room with two single beds.
All bedrooms are ensuite and equipped with TV's and DVD players. The spacious drawing room is also equipped with a large TV and surround sound system.
For self catering there are three living rooms, the Drawing Room with TV and the Garden Room with informal very comfortable seating around a large low table. The dining room between the hall and garden room is spacious and can accommodate guests very comfortably.
The kitchen is equipped with a Britannia Range Cooker which has two large double electric ovens and a large gas hob, dishwasher, and in the adjacent utility room there is a wasing machine, tumble dryer and airing facilities.

The gardens total one acre with mature trees, large shrubs, herbacious areas, and a very large lawn, there is much seating placed around the garden.

Services
The house will be prepared for your arrival and a maid service will be available to spring clean the house on the 7th day if you are staying for two weeks. Arrival time will be between 3 and 5pm or as previously agreed. Full terms and further information will be available on application.
